Ingredients
1 cup diced butternut squash
3/4 cup cooked red lentils
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 cup water
Method

    Steam butternut squash for 15 minutes- or until soft.

    Add cooked lentils to butternut squash, paprika and water.

    Blend until smooth.
